My main interest is to capture images of interesting places that I visit as closely as possible with the least amount of time. Panoramic pictures are the best way of capturing these images but tends to take a long time and require lots of bulky equipment to do properly. My emphasis is to use only compact cameras with the widest angle possible. Quality of equipment is not so important because I take pictures in bright places or places where humans can see properly but a good lens and image stabilisation are important in order to get as high resolution as possible. Although I started with tripods, later on I have managed to develop hand-held techniques  reasonably well. I believe I can still improve further because most of the errors is in near by pictures, i.e. the ground view. Panoramic assist has helped a lot.
