Oymaagac 2009-5, Turkey

5 votes
Taken the 31/08/09
Somewhere in the village of Oymaagac. Step by step the traditional houses disappear, to be replaced by faceless concrete buildings. Tobacco is the main income of the families. In 2009 the people got 2.5€ for 1kg of dried leafs. Since 2007 there is the archaeological excavation of Nerik, the religious center of the Hittite empire around 1600 B.C. This excavation is a very welcomed additional income. - More panoramas athttp://www.derPanoramafotograf.com
