Next to the Camici (Bafa) Lake there are the ruins of the antique city of Herakleia. The ruins are spread over the village Kapkiri and the Besparmak Dag (=Five Finger Mountain).

Die Überreste der antiken Stadt Herakleia liegen am Camici-Gölü (Bafa-See) an der türkischen Westküste südlich von Kusadasi. Die Ruinen liegen verstreut im Dorf Kapkiri und zum Teil auf den Felsen des stark zerklüfteten Besparmak Dag (Fünffingerberg). Wie zerklüftet dieser Berg ist, kann man hier gut sehen. Einer der vom Berg herabgestürzten Felsen dient einer einfachen Hütte als Rückwand.
