Skiing on the White Cross, Salmopol Saddle in Silesian Beskid Montains, Poland

White Cross is a place on Salmopol Saddle in Beskid Slaski (Silesian Beskid Mountains) between Szczyrk and Wisła, known as a center for winter sports.  People come here not only skiing, but also to stroll and admire the beautiful mountain sceneries.
Common name comes from the white, wooden cross, located just above the road to the pass itself. Essentially refers to the place in the neighborhood of the cross, but shall be based on often (wrongly) to the pass itself.
